Mountings
We understand that different industries and applications have unique requirements that call for customized hydraulic solutions. Among the many cylinders we manufacture each year, there is a wide variety in both size and design. We produce cylinders tailored to fit your specific products and needs.
Sensor
We manufacture hydraulic cylinders equipped with sensors that provide your system with the data it needs. Our cylinders primarily use inductive linear sensors, which operate completely contact-free and offer exceptional durability. We integrate sensors from most leading manufacturers. Incorporating a sensor into your cylinder opens up entirely new possibilities for interaction between the cylinder, the hydraulic system, and the user.
Positioning sensor
When it's important to know the exact position of the cylinder, positioning sensors—also known as linear or position transducers—are used. Their key advantage is the ability to continuously monitor the cylinder's position, enabling a wide range of control functions. For example, you can adjust pressure and flow based on the cylinder's position or program variable damping characteristics according to user preferences.
Internal or external sensors
Sensors can be installed either inside or outside the hydraulic cylinder, depending on the application requirements. In most cases, positioning sensors are integrated into the cylinder, with a sensor rod extending into a hollow piston rod. The piston's position is then measured using a magnet embedded in the piston. When internal installation is not feasible, the sensor can be mounted externally to detect the magnet's position through the cylinder wall.
End position sensor
An end position sensor is a simpler type of sensor used to indicate when the hydraulic cylinder has reached its fully extended or fully retracted position. These sensors are often mounted externally at a connection port.
Damping or Cushion
We offer hydraulic cylinders with cushioning, where end-of-stroke damping is available on both the push and pull sides of the cylinder. This design helps prevent hard impacts and ensures smoother operation. Depending on the application, additional functions can be integrated to enable rapid reversal of the cylinder's movement.
Mechanical damping
Mechanical damping—or more accurately, hydraulic damping—works by progressively controlling the oil flow as the cylinder approaches its end position. There are many possible design solutions for achieving this effect, depending on the desired performance characteristics and how the cylinder operates.
Electronic damping
By using sensors (as described above), the damping can be electronically controlled through the hydraulic system's control unit. This allows the damping characteristics to be adjusted, for example, based on the load conditions or the operator's preferences.
Valves
For added safety when handling heavy loads, hydraulic cylinders with integrated valve functions are often used. These include load-holding valves, over-center valves, and hose-break valves. The valves can be incorporated directly into the cylinder, for example at the cylinder end, or connected externally via piping.
Load holding valves
A load-securing valve, also known as a pilot-controlled check valve, is designed to hold a load in the event of a hydraulic system failure. It requires a small back pressure to open the main flow, ensuring the load remains securely in place.
Overcenter valves
An overcenter valve is a type of load-holding valve that automatically secures the load when the hydraulic cylinder switches between extension and retraction.
Hose break valves
Typically mounted directly on the hydraulic cylinder connection, this valve prevents the load from dropping if a hose fails. It stops the cylinder's movement when the flow exceeds normal levels—that is, if the load begins to fall faster than during regular operation.

The high-hardness piston rods provide exceptional durability, outstanding corrosion resistance, and enhanced sealing performance. The tolerances of our hydraulic cylinders strictly comply with the relevant Chinese national standards (GB standards), such as GB/T 7935-2005 GB/T 15242-2021, and GB/T 6577-2021.

Roughness
Chrome-plated piston rods provide excellent corrosion resistance, reduced friction, and enhanced durability. The high-quality chrome layer creates a smooth, hard surface that extends rod lifespan, improves sealing, and enhances overall efficiency. Rely on our chrome-plated piston rods for dependable, long-lasting performance in demanding applications.
The inner surface of the cylinder tube should have a roughness of less than 1.6μm to ensure optimal sealing performance, operational efficiency, and service life.
